1.2. By accessing the Website or purchasing any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Website or purchase any services.
1.3. Regardless of whether you have actually read these Terms, if you create an invoice, complete a payment, or take any action aimed at acquiring our services, you are deemed to have read and fully accepted these Terms. All claims to the contrary shall be considered null and void.
1.4. We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.
2. Eligibility
2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase services from this Website.
2.2. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2.3. Our services are available to customers worldwide. However, it is your sole responsibility to ensure that using our services does not violate any laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
2.4. We reserve the right to request proof of age or identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the suspension or cancellation of your order.
3. Nature of Services
3.1. TK Gaming provides professional educational gaming assistance services, which include techniques, strategies, and guided in-game support aimed at improving the Customer's in-game skills, experience, and progression. All services are delivered through direct participation in gameplay alongside the Customer.
3.2. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Self-play Carry / Group Carry: Our professional players join and play alongside you in the same group or party to help you complete in-game content. You remain in control of your own account at all times. This is an educational and collaborative gaming experience.
- Coaching: One-on-one or group sessions with experienced players to improve your in-game skills, strategy, decision-making, and understanding of game mechanics.
- Account Leveling Assistance: Guided progression support where our professionals assist you in leveling or progressing your account through self-play and collaborative methods.
3.3. The specific details, deliverables, and estimated timeframes for each service are described on the relevant product pages of the Website.
3.4. Currently, we do not offer piloted (account-sharing) services. You are never required to share your login credentials with us. All services are carried out using our professionals' own game accounts, playing alongside you.
3.5. All services are performed by real, experienced human players. We strictly prohibit the use of bots, cheats, hacks, exploits, or any unauthorised third-party software in the delivery of our services.
3.6. Services are currently available for the following games: World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, New World, and Path of Exile 2. The list of supported games may be updated from time to time at our sole discretion.
3.7. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including where we determine that the requested service cannot be safely or reasonably delivered.
4. Orders and Payment
4.1. All prices displayed on the Website are in Euros (EUR) and include all applicable fees unless stated otherwise.
4.2. An order is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment. We reserve the right to cancel or modify an order at any time prior to confirmation.
4.3. Payment is processed via secure third-party payment providers (including Stripe and/or PayPal). We do not store your full credit card details on our servers. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
4.4. By completing a purchase, you authorise us to charge the stated amount to your chosen payment method.
4.5. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid.
4.6. In the event of a pricing error on the Website, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
4.7. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the terms and conditions of any third-party payment provider used to process your transaction, including their refund and dispute resolution policies.
5. Identity Verification and Fraud Prevention (KYC/AML)
5.1. We reserve the right to request identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) for any order, particularly in cases involving high-value transactions, suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
5.2. Verification documents may include, but are not limited to: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or national ID card) and proof of address (e.g., a recent utility bill or bank statement).
5.3. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of your order or account. In such cases, a full refund will be issued for any undelivered services.
5.4. We may use third-party identity verification services to assist with this process. Any personal data submitted for verification purposes will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Service Delivery
6.1. Upon successful payment, our support team will contact you via the communication channel indicated at checkout (Discord, email, or live chat) to coordinate the start of your service.
6.2. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to in-game factors, queue times, scheduling, or circumstances beyond our control.
6.3. For self-play and carry services, you are required to be online and available at the agreed time. Failure to be available without prior notice may result in rescheduling. Repeated unavailability without notice may be treated as a cancellation by the Customer.
6.4. For coaching services, sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between you and your assigned coach.
6.5. We are not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control, including but not limited to game server outages, maintenance, patches, or changes to game mechanics by the publisher.
7. Cancellations and Refund Policy
7.1. Before service has started: You may request a full refund at any time before the service has been initiated. To request a cancellation, contact our support team as soon as possible at [email protected].
7.2. After service has started: Once a service has commenced, refunds will generally not be issued unless:
- We are unable to complete the service for reasons within our control; or
- The service delivered was materially different from what was described on the Website.
7.3. Partial completion: If a service is partially completed and cannot be finished due to reasons within our control, a proportional partial refund will be calculated based on the portion of the service already delivered.
Example: A customer purchases a carry service for 10 dungeons at €100. After 4 dungeons are completed, the service cannot continue due to reasons within our control. The customer is entitled to a refund of €60 (6 remaining dungeons × €10 each).
7.4. The extent of partial completion shall be determined by TK Gaming based on available records, logs, and evidence of work performed.
7.5. Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days of approval, to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
7.6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes: We strongly encourage you to contact our support team before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider. If a dispute or chargeback is initiated by a third-party arbiter (such as PayPal, Stripe, or a card issuer), we reserve the right to disclose all relevant materials to that party in order to contest the claim. Such materials may include, but are not limited to: order records, payment logs, copies of email and chat communications, screenshots taken during service delivery, and any other evidence relevant to the order. Unauthorised or fraudulent chargebacks may result in the permanent suspension of your account.

8. Account Security and Fair Use
8.1. As we offer self-play services only, you retain full control of your game account at all times. You are not required to share your password or login credentials with anyone from TK Gaming.
8.2. You are solely responsible for the security of your game account. We are not liable for any unauthorised access to your game account resulting from your own actions or negligence.
8.3. By purchasing our services, you acknowledge and accept that the use of carry, boost, or progression assistance services may be against the Terms of Service or End User Licence Agreement (EULA) of the respective game publisher. It is your sole responsibility to review and understand the rules of any game for which you use our services.
8.4. TK Gaming accepts no liability for any account suspension, ban, penalty, or loss of in-game progress imposed by a game publisher as a result of using our services.
8.5. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any violation of applicable law or regulation.
8.6. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension without refund:
- Circumventing or attempting to circumvent our payment systems;
- Providing false information during registration or verification;
- Initiating fraudulent chargebacks after receiving services;
- Reselling or redistributing our services without prior written consent.
9. Account Suspension and Termination
9.1. We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- Fraudulent activity or suspected fraud;
- Initiation of an unauthorised chargeback after services have been delivered;
- Repeated or serious violations of these Terms;
- Providing false identity or payment information;
- Account inactivity exceeding 24 months.
9.2. Upon termination of your account:
- Any pending orders may be cancelled. Refunds for undelivered services will be issued in accordance with Section 7.
- Any pending orders may be cancelled without refund where services have been substantially delivered.
9.3. You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting us at [email protected]. Outstanding orders must be resolved prior to account closure.
10. Electronic Communications and Legal Notices
10.1. By using our Website and services, you consent to receiving communications from us electronically, including via email, live chat, Discord, or other digital messaging platforms.
10.2. All legally significant notices and communications between TK Gaming and the Customer shall be exchanged primarily by electronic means (email or messaging platforms). Such communications shall be considered valid written documents.
10.3. The email address provided by you at the time of registration or order placement shall be considered your primary channel of communication. You are responsible for ensuring this address is accurate and monitored regularly, including checking spam/junk folders.
10.4. Any message sent to your designated email address shall be deemed delivered on the day it was sent by us.
10.5. A message sent from your registered email address shall be deemed to originate from you unless you explicitly and unequivocally disavow it in writing within 24 hours of the time of sending.
10.6. The risk of non-receipt of communications due to unchecked or incorrectly configured email accounts lies solely with the party that provided that address.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, is the property of TK DIGITAL SERVICES LTD or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2. All game titles, characters, trademarks, and related assets referenced on this Website (including World of Warcraft, Diablo IV, New World, and Path of Exile 2) are the property of their respective owners. TK Gaming is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any game publisher.
11.3. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Website without our prior written consent.
11.4. You grant TK Gaming a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use any content you submit to us (such as order details or feedback) solely for the purpose of operating and improving our services.
12. Limitation of Liability
12.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TK Gaming shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or in-game progress, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
12.2. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the lesser of: (a) the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim, or (b) €500 EUR.
12.3. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law under the laws of England and Wales.
13. Disclaimer of Warranties
13.1. Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the quality, reliability, or fitness of our services for a particular purpose.
13.2. We do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that specific in-game outcomes will always be achievable, as results may depend on factors beyond our control including game updates, server conditions, or matchmaking systems.
14. Privacy and Data Protection
14.1. We are committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and the UK Data Protection Act 2018.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.3. If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable time, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

16. Miscellaneous

16.3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
