How does TK Gaming work?

From there, a professional player is assigned and we get started as soon as you're ready.
What regions do you serve?
We currently serve customers across the European Union (EU). All our services are available to EU players, and our team operates across EU time zones to ensure smooth scheduling and fast response times.

Services & How They Work
What types of services do you offer?
We offer three types of services:
- Carry / Group Carry (Self-play): Our professional players join your group and play alongside you to help complete content. You stay on your own account at all times — no sharing required.
- Coaching: One-on-one or small group sessions with an experienced player who helps you improve your skills, game knowledge, and decision-making.
- Leveling Assistance: Guided progression where our professionals play alongside you to help level or advance your character or account efficiently.
Do I need to share my account?
No. TK Gaming does not offer account-sharing (piloted) services. All services are carried out in self-play mode — our professionals play with you, and you stay logged into your own account throughout the entire session.
How long does it take to start?
In most cases, we reach out within 10–20 minutes after payment to confirm your order and schedule the session. If there's any expected delay, we'll always let you know in advance.
How do I communicate with my assigned player?
After your order is confirmed, you'll be connected with your assigned professional via Discord or our on-site live chat. You can message them at any time during the service for updates, questions, or to request a pause.
Can I choose a specific date and time for my service?
Yes. Just let our team know your preferred time when we contact you after purchase and we'll do our best to accommodate.

Do you use bots or cheats?
Never. Every service is completed manually by a real human player. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy on bots, hacks, exploits, and automation.
Could my game account get banned?
Self-play is the safest method available. That said, some game publishers have rules regarding third-party assistance. We always operate carefully and professionally, but we cannot guarantee outcomes related to publisher enforcement. Please review your game's Terms of Service before purchasing.
How do I know TK Gaming is legitimate?

How do refunds work?
- Service not yet started: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Service in progress: Partial refund based on percentage of service completed.
- Service fully completed: No refund available.
