1. General Information

1.1. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds may be issued for services purchased on tkgaming.gg.

1.2. TK Gaming provides digital gaming services delivered online, often beginning shortly after an order is placed. Due to the nature of these services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

1.3. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy in full.

1.4. We reserve the right to update this Policy at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.


2. When a Full Refund May Be Issued

2.1. A full refund will be issued if:

  • The service has not yet started and you request cancellation before our team has begun any work.
  • TK Gaming is unable to deliver the purchased service for reasons within our control.

2.2. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Cryptocurrency payments are subject to the special conditions in Section 5.4.


3. Partial Refunds for Orders in Progress

3.1. If work has begun but is not fully complete, a partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of the service already delivered.

3.2. Completion percentage is determined by TK Gaming based on: progress reports from the assigned professional, verifiable in-game progress (screenshots, logs, achievement records), and time elapsed relative to estimated completion.

3.3. Example: A customer purchases a 10-dungeon carry for €100. After 4 dungeons (40% completion), the customer requests cancellation. Under the 31–50% tier, a refund of up to €50 may be issued.


4. Non-Refundable Situations

4.1. Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The service has been fully completed as described on the product page.

  • The cancellation request is made after 71% or more of the service has been delivered.

  • The customer provided incorrect order details and the service was delivered based on those details.

  • The customer was unavailable at the agreed time without prior notice.

  • Account penalties or bans arose from the customer's own misconduct unrelated to our service.

  • A chargeback was initiated without prior contact with our support team.

  • The request is due to a post-purchase price change.

  • The customer changed their mind after the service has started.

  • The completion time for full raids on Heroic and Normal difficulty ranges from approximately 1 hour to 3 hours and 30 minutes. Customers may request a refund for raids that exceed 3 hours and 30 minutes. No refunds will be issued for raids that finish within these time frames.


5. Refund Method and Processing Time

5.1. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. No processing fees are deducted.

5.2. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.

5.3. If the original payment method is no longer available (e.g., an expired card), please contact our support team at [email protected] to arrange an alternative.

5.4. Cryptocurrency payments: Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions, refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrency cannot be returned to the original wallet. Please contact our support team at [email protected] to discuss available options.


6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

6.1. Please contact our support team before initiating a chargeback. We resolve most issues faster than a formal dispute process.

6.2. If a chargeback or dispute is initiated, TK Gaming reserves the right to submit all relevant evidence to contest the claim, including order records, payment logs, chat and email communications, and screenshots.

6.3. Unauthorised chargebacks — initiated after a service has been fully or substantially delivered, or without prior contact — may result in permanent account suspension and reporting to fraud prevention services.
